Michael Parry – Founder, Advisor and Negotiator
Upon returning to Stamford with his family, to the place where he grew up and was educated, Michael recognised the need for a specialist service for owners of unique and remarkable homes in Stamford and Rutland. With over 20 years of agency experience spanning from Yorkshire to Central London, Michael has successfully owned and run his own agencies for over ten years.
In his free time, he has a keen interest in football, rugby (long-suffering Leicester Tigers fan) and skiing. He also holds a degree in music and continues to play the piano whenever possible.
Oliver Grace – Founder, Advisor and Negotiator
Oliver has over a decade of experience operating in mid-high-end estate agency and has successfully owned and run his own estate agency brand for over two years. Having lived and worked in Stamford and Rutland his entire life, he knows the area like the back of his hand and has a deep understanding of the local property market.
In his spare time, he is usually training for his next marathon or working out at the gym. At the weekends, he enjoys cooking and the occasional pint of Guinness in one of the local pubs in Stamford.
Morgan Parry – Founder and Client Experience
After completing a degree in Business Management in 20025, Morgan has worked in sales and customer service for over 20 years, mostly in recruitment, Husman Resources, and Financial Services. Morgan offers her clients a world-class service and is often the ‘glue’ that holds complex transactions together through her natural problem-solving skills.
Being married to Michael, Morgan is fortunate to be part of a large family and enjoys entertaining. At weekends, she enjoys dog walks in Norfolk, exploring new places with her family, and being mum to two young boys and Fergie, the miniature sausage dog.
Sion Pitt – Lifestyle Photographer & Videographer
Sion is the creative force behind our photography and videography, holds a BA (Hons) in Film and TV Production, and pays close attention to detail on every shoot. Whether capturing sweeping drone footage or carefully staged interior shots, he makes sure each property is showcased at its best.
In his free time, Sion enjoys photographing and filming architecture, nature, people, and pets. He also loves generating ideas for short films, for which he writes scripts. Additionally, he keeps up with the latest tech news, with a current focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
